Sam is a 11 year seasoned real estate veteran and has sold over 200 houses in his real estate career which began back in September 2004 when he was first licensed with the Bureau of Real Estate in California! Sam specializes in assisting traditional equity seller’s list, market and sell their home or investment properties, getting his seller the highest exposure possible in both print and online advertising! Sam started out in 2004 as a Buyer’s Agent focused in West and South Torrance and has represented hundreds of satisfied clients locate and purchase 1-4 unit properties throughout the Greater South Bay Area! Sam started The Xavier REO Team in 2007 and has long standing relationships with many asset managers to list, market and sell their real estate owned – REO foreclosure properties since 2008!
Sam knows the South Bay and has completed over 6500 broker price opinions (BPO) for major banks and lending institutions and he also negotiates pre-approved short sales for distressed homeowners looking to avoid foreclosure and get a fresh start in life! Prior to his career in real estate Sam has held various regional outside sales positions at startup computer manufacturers that market and sell servers, storage devices and memory. His career in outside sales began after college in 1988. Sam hold’s a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Adrian College. He grew up in a small rural farming town in Southeast Michigan and has lived up and down the East Coast and he moved to Hermosa Beach in 1991. In his spare time Sam volunteers at his children’s school Tulita Elementary and Parras Middle School in South Redondo Beach and is an active PTA & PTSA Member. He enjoys digital marketing, golfing, snow skiing, biking and traveling the world! Sam was recently inducted into the Redondo Beach Rotary Club in June 2015. Sam is a proud Father of his son, Sammy age 12, and a daughter, Briana age 10. He is married to Bindu Xavier who is also an award winning Realtor and they reside in South Redondo Beach.

Bindu is a Los Angeles native for over 31 years. Bindu grew up in Chatsworth, California and graduated from Alemany High School and then attended college in Bangalore, India. She moved to Hermosa Beach, CA in 2001 after marrying the love of her life and has been a South Bay resident ever since. Currently in her spare time she serves on the PTA Board of Directors at her children’s school Tulita Elementary. She enjoys walks on the beach, a great book, spending time with her family, and traveling. She resides in South Redondo Beach with her husband Sam and her children Sammy and Briana and Dog Kobe!
Bindu started her Real Estate career in 2007 after being a stay at home mom for her family. Bindu has decided to pursue her passion, residential real estate, on a full time basis.
